Background: Unlike most mouse families, Katiana is an only child. While in school, other children picked on her about having a patch of dark coloring around her eye and on her foot. She didn't let her coloring bother her; she saw it as a way to be different. Katiana studied home economics and learned how to sew and make her own clothes. She got Da Jei's attention when she won a major sewing competition. Katiana jumped at DaJei's job offer.

Background: Jeff grew up with two sisters and a brother. By being in the middle, he found himself as a babysitter to his younger brother and as a target for his older sister's jokes. Jeff came to the group after answering an ad that was in the paper. The job was described as being a sales representative with travel required. The job has lived up to what he expected it to be and then some, although at times it's been tough for him not to reveal who the group really is.

Background: Jazi was with the group before DaJei was brought in as the new leader. She helps the band write their music. Before the current group was formed, she helped gather intelligence for the group. She has stayed in the background (up to now) and she is fine with that. Now that she has been "promoted", she is terrified of what might happen.

Background: Ami found out about the group from a friend of hers. Both she and her husband signed up for the adventure. They are both willing to stay at headquarters or go out into the field if needed. (They're not concerned about being asked to sing or perform with the band.)
